As of the date of this RHP, the company operates 35 company-owned and company-operated (COCO) retail stores across the Surat district, including Pandesara, Kadodara, Sachin, Amroli, Hazira, Sayan, Saroli, and Nilgiri. The Company has tie-ups with financial institutions such as Bajaj Finserv, HDB Financial Services, and TVS Credit to provide EMI and financing options to customers, subject to approval. It also assists customers with after-sales service by coordinating with authorized service centers for warranty and repair support. In addition to retail sales, the company also undertakes B2B bulk sales of mobile phones and accessories to small retailers and corporate customers.
