Sri Priyanka Geo Commex Ltd is a globally diversified commodity-focused group with two main business segments — critical minerals (Barite, Fluorspar, and Copper Cathode) and rice bran oil. Barite and Fluorspar– Its international Barite and Fluorspar business is conducted through our subsidiaries, namely Geo Min Commodities Pte. Ltd (“Geo Min”) in Singapore and its step-down subsidiary in Morocco, Atlas Resources International (“Atlas Resources”). Copper Cathode: Procure Copper Cathode from Chile, one of the copper rich countries and sell through Geo Min Commodities Pte. Ltd. Rice Bran Oil Division: production of crude and refined rice bran oil. Its manufacturing facility is located at Andhra Pradesh, with an existing capacity of 60,000 MT per annum for Solvent Extraction Plant and 15,000 MT per annum oil refinery. Others: By-products like De-Oiled Rice Bran, gums, wax, etc. In Fiscal 2025, the company sold commodities across 7 Indian states and 5 international markets.
