Incorporated in December 2020, Eventions Limited is engaged in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (“MICE”) and event management segment. The Company provides services for planning, coordination and execution of corporate events, conferences and related activities, primarily for corporate and institutional clients.The Company offers a range of services including MICE services, corporate events, conferences, incentive travel programs, virtual events, Free Independent Travel (“FIT”) services, and brand and marketing activations. Its services cover venue coordination, travel and accommodation arrangements, logistics management and on-site event execution. The Company primarily operates through a B2B model and also provides execution support to other event management companies for large-scale or multi-location assignments.
The Company follows an asset-light business model and coordinates with hospitality providers, destination management companies, logistics partners and event production vendors to execute assignments across different locations. It has executed events across India and international destinations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, including Spain, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Hungary, the UAE, Azerbaijan, Singapore and Indonesia. During the Financial Years 2026, 2025 and 2024, the Company executed 107 successful events with individual billing value exceeding ?50 lakh and served more than 50 corporate clients.
The Company’s MICE segment contributed 91.29%, 91.77% and 87.39% of its revenue from operations in Financial Years 2026, 2025 and 2024, respectively. Its client base includes organisations from sectors such as banking, insurance, FMCG and event management.
